Registration and Processing Data

The InSouto portal only registers the personal data required for the platform use, deals registration and opening. Thus, it assumes the commitment of privacy and security in the data processing and maintenance.
When starting a negotiation process, personal data may be processed and sent to our partners (suppliers), with the same purpose of billing and use of the provided service.
The InSouto portal does not, under any circumstances, provide data to third parties other than the respective suppliers to whom was asked a budget or whose purpose is different from billing and budgeting.
This way, when a User submits a negotiation request with multiple suppliers involved, they only receive information about the products that concern them, which must contain an independent quotation.

Payment and Purchasing Data

Payment data will be provided directly by the suppliers involved. Payment agreements should also be established with them.

Right of Rectification and Removal

According with the LDPD and RGPD, the User can exercise, at any time, his rights of access, rectification, elimination, limitation, opposition and portability, through request by any of the following means:

If the User wishes, at any time, to stop being part of the InSouto database, he can exercise that right through these contacts.
